The cost of the course is $159 which includes the book, or $139 without retention of the book,(using a loaner for the class). We recommend that all participants register in advance.
alcohol safety CERTIFICATION classes
The cost of the class is $45 including the book, exam and certification. Private classes for groups of five or more are available upon request.
basic food Handler classes
Additionally, we offer a ServSafe® low-cost Basic Food Safety class, designed for front-line employees or as a great refresher for experienced food handlers. This half-day class includes a textbook and certificate of successful completion for only $40. The ServSafe® Food Handler Guide is utilized as the textbook for this class.
Additional information
The national exam for food safety certification without attending a class is $85. Re-testing is available at any scheduled class, and is $55 to either attend the complete class for review or just the test portion. ServSafe®
re-certification including the class and exam (without retaining textbook) is available for $139.
